These mediums are highly scalable, secure, accurate, automated, and far less expensive than RFID or asset location technologies of the past. By transforming assets into connected devices, large amounts of sensor data can be securely analyzed, monitored in real-time, and then acted upon to improve organizational goals. Dashboards can render enterprise data as visual representations or can connect to that enterprise’s platform via APIs for further analysis.
